Job description

Auto Body Technician We are looking for individuals with drive, potential, and the desire to develop their skills while delivering a safe, quality product to our customers in the community. • Complete full dis-assembly of vehicles to assess damage to vehicles to ensure all damage is identified to minimalize supplements and cycle time
• Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic window and seat operating equipment and trim to gain access to damaged area of vehicle
• Able to properly repair light to heavy damage to vehicles, including structural components to OEM specifications
• File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools
• Comply with all safety rules and guidelines

The ideal candidate will have:

• Ability to multi-task and take direction
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
• Valid Driver’s License
• Current or willing to complete I-CAR Gold Class certification

Compensation: Body technicians are paid a flat rate for the hours they flag. Compensation rate will depend on experience. Full details on our competitive commission plan will be given during the interview process. Benefits available after waiting period include:
