Job Title: Tax Manager
Job Location: (Hybrid) Onsite 3x a week in Westport, MA
Salary: $110k-$130k
Requirements: 5+ years

We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our Accounting and Finance team. As the Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing all of our tax compliance, planning services, and consulting. You will be working alongside our financial team and providing valuable insight on a variety of tax-related issues.

What You Will Be Doing

- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships and trusts
- Develop, build and maintain strong client relationships
- Communicate with clients regarding their accounting and tax needs
- Respond to inquiries from the IRS, state, and other tax authorities
- Research tax questions and stay current of regulation changes
- Assist in developing, mentoring and motivating professional staff and assess performance for engagement and year-end reviews

What You Need for this Position

- CPA or EA
- 5+ years of Public Accounting Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- QuickBooks
- Experience working directly with clients
- Public Accounting
- Corporations
