Job description

The Program Manager works with IT leadership and directly with IT and business functions to assess, document and deliver business needs. Primary responsibilities include simplifying complicated processes, building functional efficiency, strategizing potential solutions, generating global and regional roadmaps, and delivering results.

**This role is a hybrid position. Candidate must reside within 2 hours via car of the Cook Medical location and is required to work onsite as needed per Manager expectations.

• Provide a single point of contact for all aspects of the assigned program and projects, interacting as necessary with team members and stakeholders at all levels of management
  • Work with key stakeholders to define full program scope and lead operational planning
  • Ensure that program deliverables are achieved on or ahead of schedule, within budget, and with quality that meets or exceeds business needs
  • Manage external vendor relationships
  • Pro-actively address barriers and risks to program progress, keeping leadership informed of critical considerations
  • Directing, planning, organizing and coordinating with team members in cross functional settings
  • Address deficiencies in interaction with functional and operational areas with the goal of instituting or improving processes
• Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization
  • Must strictly adhere to safety requirements
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • Must maintain company quality and quantity standards
  • Must have effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision

• Proven ability to build and conduct project

• B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or related technical discipline; or experience of such kind and amount as to provide a comparable background
• Minimum 7 years experience in Information Technology, Global Product Management, Global Project Management, or related area

• Proven ability to drive large scale projects with high collaboration and leadership

Physical Requirements:

• Works under general office environment conditions
• Sitting for extended periods, utilizes close visual acuity for working with computers, equipment, etc.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, subject to reasonable accommodation requirements under the ADA

• Requires occasional early morning or late evening teleconferences
• No travel required
