Position Overview:

Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Keller, TX (with the flexibility to work remotely after an initial training week)
Compensation: $18 to $20 per hour, dependent on the outcome of the interview process
Work Schedule Options:
Sunday to Thursday, 3 PM to 11 PM
Tuesday to Saturday, 3 PM to 11 PM

Role Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a crucial part of our team, providing both inbound and outbound call center support, including telephone and internet chat services. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and taking ownership of customer inquiries related to CARE, Billing, MACD (Moves, Adds, Changes, Disconnections), and Credit, including ticket submissions and escalations.
Serving as the initial point of contact for customer escalations.
Collaborating with various departments to ensure the resolution of service, support, or billing issues.
Negotiating prices and terms for customer sign-ups and retention, aiming for the highest level of satisfaction.
Maintaining a positive and proactive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a spirit of teamwork.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM and other database systems.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to complete tasks independently and efficiently.
Strong capabilities in managing conflicts and providing resolutions.
A high school diploma is required; a college degree is a plus.
At least one year of experience in telecommunications and two years in customer service, particularly in a call center environment, is preferred.
An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
