Overview:
+ An engineering consulting firm is seeking a CADD Designer for their office in either New Castle or Dover, DE. The project work will be multi-disciplinary in nature relating to water infrastructure design and construction. This is a long-term, hybrid opportunity with a lot of room for growth.
Responsibilities:
+ Utilize Civil 3D including alignments, profiles and grading features to produce engineered construction plans and sheet set ups.
+ Variety of AutoCAD or Civil 3D Plans, maps, and bills of materials.
+ Work in conjunction with civil engineers and project leaders to develop engineering designs.
+ Follow internal and/or client procedures and standards.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Attention to detail, innovative problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work as a team player, take direction, and interact well with others.
Qualifications:
+ AS or Technical Degree in CADD , survey, construction, engineering, or related fields.
+ At least 1-2+ years of experience with Civil 3D.
+ Hands-on experience with site design or civil design.
