Job description
Please Note:
- Must have experience with Traffic Modelling and Analysis Traffic Signal Design.
- Certification as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) is required.
- Relocation Assistance: No relocation assistance will be provided (Need only locals).

Requirements
Job Requirements:
- B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering is required
- Minimum 10 years experience in Traffic Analysis and Traffic Signal Design and familiarity with NJDOT NYCDOT and PAYNYNJ standards.
- Certification as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) is required
- PE license in the state of NJ or NY is required or able to obtain within 12 months

Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering . Florida P . (Professional Engineering) License . 10+ Years experience in transportation (roadway) design . Must have a good understanding of and practical experience applying the AASHTO Green Book. Knowledge and experience with MicroStation, InRoads and/or Geopak . Must possess or be able to obtain a valid driver s license prior to employment. Major Skills: A senior roadway design engineer with good technical skills to oversee roadway design projects for FDOT and various Counties. Knowledge of FDOT standards, details and processes, such as their ERC web portal. Experience in progressing a project through conceptual phase (PDE) to final design, construction documents and construction support. Able to guide and oversee junior engineers. Technical knowledge of roadway design able to advance prokects, direct projects and QA/QC Hands on experience with Microstation , ORD is a plus
