Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Python Developer to join our team. As a Python Developer at CapTech, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Python and related technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and deploying Python-based applications and systems according to client requirements and project specifications.
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborating with software architects, designers, and other developers to implement solutions that align with project goals and objectives.
- Conducting thorough testing and debugging of software to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Participating in code reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in Python development and related technologies.
- Working closely with clients to understand their technical requirements, provide technical guidance, and offer innovative solutions.
- Contributing to the development of reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to accelerate software development.
Qualifications

- Proven experience working as a Python Developer or Software Engineer
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language and experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or others.
- Knowledge of software development tools and libraries commonly used in Python development.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, or ORM frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
