Captain Jay’s is looking for a Business Intern who is self-motivated, detail oriented, and is comfortable following up on multiple projects and communications on a regular basis. This is a job you can grow and keep after you graduate, there is a lot of flexibility with this position, yet a lot of skills you will sharpen and learn.

An ideal candidate will be flexible and able to adapt quickly to many different situations. Organizational and time management skills are a must, as well as both verbal and written communication skills! Candidates will thrive with strong problem solving and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail is a critical skill to be successful in this role!

Job responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, the following:

• Assisting with billing and accounting. Updating QuickBooks and other software programs as needed.
• Printing, sorting, documenting, and filing of an array business documents.
• Answer questions and general inquires over phone and email.
• Other projects as assigned.
• Administrative support as needed.
• Supporting all internal and external department related inquiries or requests.
• Supporting any recruitment processes, as needed.

In this position you will be responsible for assisting multiple departments in business operations. You will work with many members of our corporate and in store management to ensure that all procedures are being followed correctly. Accurate reporting is essential to the success of this position.
