Position Summary
Senior HR Manager will play a crucial role in supporting and driving the people agenda for Straumann Group in Turkey. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving organizational effectiveness. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business interfacing, business consultancy, change management, and cultural transformation.
Your Role
- Develop a deep understanding of the business operations and goals to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR insights and solutions to drive business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of HR initiatives.
- Provide expert HR guidance and support to management on a range of HR issues, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative HR solutions to address business challenges.
- Lead and support change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Partner with leadership to drive change, managing resistance, and fostering a positive and adaptive organizational culture.
- Champion the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company values.
- Implement cultural transformation initiatives to enhance employee engagement, collaboration, and overall employee experience.
Your Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience for minimum of 7 years as an HRBP or in a similar strategic HR role within a multinational organization.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of successful business interfacing and consultancy.
- Expertise in change management and cultural transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to drive HR strategies that contribute to business success.
- Proactive problem solver with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in English and Turkish.
