My Client is seeking a Civil Engineer To build and operate a profitable Water / Wastewater practice area within the Water Resources department . Qualified Candidates should have: 

• PE or ability to obtain
• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D and/or related CAD programs
• 7+ years of engineering design experience related to civil infrastructure and water and/or wastewater systems.
• Experience and technical expertise in civil engineering as it applies to Water / Wastewater projects
• You are a strong communicator, both orally and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• You have the ability to travel to Client locations.
