Literacy Senior Manager – full-time position – apply through Sunday, April 30, 2023 11:59 pm MT.
This Literacy Senior Manager will:
- Oversee BoulderReads literacy programs, its staff, and resources. BoulderReads is a 36-year community literacy and learning program providing programs and resources that foster literacy and lifelong learning for all ages.
- Play a connector, advisor, and evaluator role across the library’s literacy activities, programs, and services that emphasis reaching underserved communities and English language learners.
- Cultivate relationships with key strategic partners, community collaborators, and volunteers to fully leverage the resources and skills available to support literacy development activities, programs, and services.
- Assist with the development of a literacy and outreach strategic plan and workplans plan as well as convene staff to ensure their implementation.
- Serve as an outreach ambassador for literacy activities, programs, and services.
- Serve as a leader in the library and cultivate a literacy development and equity approach to all our work.
