Job description
Overview The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Trainee will be responsible for successfully completing a CNA training program with a Wellstar academic partner or through a Wellstar training program. The CNA Trainee will receive training through classroom (virtual and/or in person) and clinical sessions that will develop skills in communication, interpersonal skills, infection control, safety, promoting independence, resident and/or patient rights, taking and recording vital signs, caring for resident's and/or patient's environment, recognizing and reporting abnormal changes in the body functions, personal care skills, mental health and social needs, and restorative nursing skills. Upon successful completion of this program, the CNA Trainee will be prepared to successfully pass the.
