Waxing the City is looking for Studio Managers who love the beauty industry and have an entrepreneurial spirit. We are looking for individuals who love to help a business grow, enjoy managing day-to-day business needs, like helping others develop their skills and professionalism and are comfortable handling client needs.
SUMMARY:
The Studio Manager is accountable for all day-to-day operations and supply inventory and also works closely with owner(s) to help oversee human resource management, public relations/marketing, customer service/relationship management, and fiscal accountability. This position requires accessibility including first point of contact 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.

ROLE SCOPE AND COMPLEXITY:
The Studio Manager plays a very important role in the daily operations of the business. This role ensures that the business is running efficiently, the clients are tended to and satisfied and the business is operating at a profit. The Studio Manager also has to make sure that the business is operating according to the laws of the State and that all Cerologists have the appropriate licenses and abilities to perform their jobs. The Studio Manager is responsible for hiring, maintaining and firing staff if necessary and coaching employees to be successful at the studio. The Studio Manager essentially juggles all the moving parts to ensure satisfied clients, happy employees and a profitable business.
