We have a full-time opportunity for a Billing Clerk to join our team. The hours are 8am-5pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES will include but not limited to:
- Audit deals for accuracy. Automotive retail, lease contracts and customer paperwork
- Ensure proper billing of all vehicles sold. Processing car deals and all bank paperwork
- Cost accounting, balancing debits and credits on deals
- Posting of vehicle sales and rebates.
- Ensure all data is entered into accounting system correctly
- Reviewing all documents related to transactions with the Department of Motor Vehicles
- Maintain a log of missing documents requiring correction on all car deals.
- Review and send out Payoff Checks
- Assist with month end closing tasks and procedures
- General office clerical tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- DealerTrack DMS Experience preferred but not required
- Automotive experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
