The Senior Manager , People Partner will serve as a key Partner to the Sam’s Club Product team and will be responsible for all P eople strategy and enablement for the Sam's Club Product organization.
You will be a key member of the Sam’s People team and broader Walmart People organization. As a Senior Manager and People Partner , your time sits with business-facing lead opportunities that support the strategy at the e xecutive level. As an intuitive leader you will be expected to lead organization design, associate relations, workforce planning, diversity and people initiatives that align and support a key part of a key segment of the Sam's Club Product team.
What you will do:
Defining HR strategy by understanding strategic business goals and objectives ; advising on the execution of organizational change initiatives; assessing HR implications of various strategies; providing guidance to business leaders on HR issues.
Having strong organizational design experience, working cross functionally across multiple teams
Driving consistent execution of the company's HR practices, systems, and personnel-related activities by auditing HR practices; analyzing and interpreting reports and creating action plans to resolve instances of non-compliance.
Having the ability to innovate on behalf of the member experience by thoughtfully planning workforce capability and talent development.
Developing and delivering HR methodology and process training programs; and directing HR and business data analysis and management by collaborating with cross-functional partners to identify , collect, and analyze data.
Interpreting and summarizing data for reports and presentations; making data-driven recommendations; administrating and utilizing various collaborative tools.
Creating and maintaining reports, reporting tools, and templates; and maintaining information security and confidentiality.
