- Prepare and present confection e ry items including fudge, roasted nuts, and more.
- Be a collaborative member of the team on flavor profiles and item selection.
- Follow all food safety protocols and guidelines.
- Ensure locations are fully stocked and visually appealing in all areas.
- Engage in conversation with guests to better assist them in finding the perfect item.
- Use, maintain and clean all kitchen equipment, as well as preparation and storage areas.
