We are a “one-stop shop” for a customer’s HVAC needs - from residential to commercial to industrial - including equipment, controls, parts, supplies, and sheet metal products.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an assistant manager, you will be involved in operating decisions involving product offerings, personnel, and facility growth. Additionally, you will partner with vendors to develop and assist with customer programs, such as “counter days”, to increase sales and profit. You will work directly with customers to facilitate purchases by phone, email, and in person. MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 2-3 years of counter or field sales experience in the HVAC market
• High school diploma or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of HVAC parts, supplies, and systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to help lead a counter-based sales team.
• Ability to inspire others to work efficiently and maximize product sales volume.
• Ability to create strong connections with residential and commercial contractors and installers.
• Ability to handle high volume during peak demand times.

• Salary starting at $60K to $70K a year plus incentives.
