Customer Service Agents Location Hybrid remote in Richardson, TX :
This is an in-office position (not remote!).
Employees are required to work ONSITE at corporate office in Richardson.

Upcoming Training Class March 18, 2024
- Our in-person training class is from 9:15am - 5:45pm CT Monday-Wednesday and the shift for Thursday & Friday may start as early as 8:00am CT.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Effectively handle continuous flow of inbound calls (100 -120 inbound call average per day)
- Ability to multi-task by using active listening skills and researching information and typing notes.
- Exhibit a courteous and professional manner in all call situations.
- Exhibit excellent punctuality and reliability with regard to your work schedule.
- Utilize excellent spelling and grammatical skills.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :
- Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally and fluently.
- Bilingual is a plus!
- Must be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM.
- Experience working with a PC and be able to maneuver multiple screens on each call.
- Experience (inbound/outbound) in a direct telephone customer service role.
Base Pay
- Starting pay is $15.00 per hour
Compensation ( Hourly Pay Increase)
- You have the opportunity to reach up to $22.00 per hour depending on your performance during the pay period!!
Semi monthly pay : The first paycheck is the 15th of the month and the second paycheck is the last weekday of the month.
