This pivotal role involves overseeing a team of 40-50 employees across multiple locations, holding them accountable for their day-to-day duties.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the seamless day-to-day functioning of cosmetic clinics while upholding exceptional service standards.
- Lead and manage a diverse team, nurturing a culture of responsibility, excellence, and ongoing professional growth.
- Work closely with various departments to devise and execute strategic initiatives aimed at boosting overall business performance.
- Supervise the enforcement of quality control protocols and compliance measures to ensure utmost safety and service quality for both clients and staff.
- Assess and refine workflow procedures, pinpointing areas for enhancement and introducing effective solutions.
- Cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and external collaborators to efficiently meet operational requirements.
- Deliver regular performance reports to top management, spotlighting crucial metrics and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the HR department to streamline recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Monitor the clinic's financials, scrutinize expenditures, and identify avenues for cost reduction without compromising quality.
- Deploy and manage technology solutions to bolster operational efficiency and support the clinic's expansion goals.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of managerial experience, preferably in healthcare, with exposure to managing multiple practices and centers in the spa industry.
- Track record of successfully leading teams and operations in a corporate environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration across diverse departments.
- Results-driven mindset, dedicated to continuous improvement.
- Experience thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced hub environment.
- Proven ability to scale businesses and navigate growth-related challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- Leadership experience in healthcare or cosmetic industry settings, managing multiple practice locations.
- Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance and industry standards.
- Sound financial expertise, including budget management and financial reporting experience.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, capable of making informed decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, fostering positive relationships at all organizational levels.
- Ability to adapt to and excel in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in implementing and optimizing technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales processes within the cosmetic industry.
