Job Summary

If you're interested in a Facilities Coordinator, then this is the best role for you. Under the direction of the Facility Maintenance Manager, this role will be responsible for providing overall support for the Maintenance and Engineering team. Specifically, this role will support by leading initiatives regarding: 1) Document Control: In support of SOP development and maintenance plans, 2) asset management & spare parts inventory and 3) Development/Validation of automation controls systems: Develop and maintain the progress of data management systems and assist with monitoring and creating key maintenance indicators.

Job Description

• Document Control.
• Create, maintain, and update SOPs, Policies, and Procedures to comply with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Assist with SOP, preventative maintenance, work order development.
• Asset Management & Spare Parts Inventory.
• Work with the facility maintenance team to develop an asset management system that includes critical assets at the site.
• Develop a spare parts inventory for all new and existing spare parts.
• Actively update and manage the spare parts inventory.
• Development/Validation of automation controls systems – BMS, Tanks Controls, and SCADA
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills Required

• 1+ year’s office administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to create maintenance plans based on visual observation of work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency is required.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and have the ability to multi-task.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities change, and time frames are critical.
• Understand and quickly grasp procedures and process flows and follow directions with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to react to a wide variety of situations in a professional manner and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to work weekdays and overtime when needed.

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour based on qualifications.
