Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Salary: $110,000-$160,000
Requirements: Project Manager experience on Commercial, Interior, Offices, & Tenant Improvement Projects

What You Will Be Doing

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project scope, budget, and timeline from inception to completion. You will also be overseeing project teams, providing status updates, and assessing risks

• Develop and implement project plans that meet the project requirements, including scope, budget, and timeline.
• Ensure that all project stakeholders are in compliance with contract requirements.
• Manage and track all project progress and costs.
• Provide regular reports and updates to project stakeholders.
• Ensure that all project deadlines are met.
• Develop and manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.

What You Need for this Position

At least 3-5 years of experience in the Construction industry, specifically as a Project Manager over all or some of the following Construction Sectors:
-

• Commercial Construction Projects with Tenant Improvement Experience
• Office Projects
• Ground up & Interiors Experience
• Understanding of LEED certification and commercial real estate.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
