Dental Service Coordinator

Hours: (M-TH) 8 am to 5 pm and (F) 8 am to 3 pm 40 hours/wk

Location: Onsite in our Greenwood, IN office

Rate: $35,000 - $45,000 per/year

Mid America Health is growing! We are seeking a full time Dental Service Coordinator to join our team! This position will work with our Portable Division and will primarily be responsible for data entry, creating/ pulling reports, creating and confirming clinic appointments, completing and checking appointments out, verifying insurance eligibility, processing insurance claims, scanning, shipments/mailers to clients, creating marketing material, assisting with client correspondence, triaging phone calls/voicemails, arranging travel plans for staff members, arranges conference registrations, prepares and purchases exhibit materials, assists with reviewing and approving timesheets as needed, and other administrative tasks as needed. This individual will also be a liaison between our client contacts. Strong customer service skills, ability to multitask, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are a must to be successful in this position!
