PSE's Government Affairs & Public Policy team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open  Community Affairs Manager  position!


Specific details regarding the work arrangements for this position will be discussed in further detail during the interview process.

Job Description

The person in this role will develop and sustain relationships with local communities in areas impacted by PSE’s utility infrastructure projects. They will actively engage with local communities to build support for the design, implementation, and construction of projects. They will build a local support network for additional needs relates to PSE’s clean energy transformation. And, this role will develop and execute strategies to address customer and PSE-related community interests.


The individual who fills this role may be responsible for working with communities in Pierce County, King County, Skagit County, Whatcom County, Island County and/or Kittitas County depending on business needs.

 

Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE’s operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety.

 

Demonstrates commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with our core values and Code of Conduct. Ensures duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations.

The pay range for this position is $88,000.00 - $146,500.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses.
