We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to support the analytical testing activities to support our clients manufacturing site in Sugarland Texas.

Job Description

Analytical Chemist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

· Provides support to run analytical methods necessary for the characterization and release of the drug substance and drug product

· May provide support in purification laboratory to verify mass and purity of purified materials using LC/MS in high throughput environment.

· Conducts various experiments, primarily HPLC and GC, but may include water content, dissolution testing, and residual solvents

· Performs set up and analyzing stability samples of development and clinical supplies

· Documentation and reporting of results

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, or other related degree concentration 
• Industry experience with HPLC
• Experience using Empower Software 
• Method development experience strongly preferred 
• Ability to work with beta-lactams including cephalosporins and penicillins
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
