Technical CRM Analyst
Whippany, NJ

As a Barclays Technical CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for requirements, analysis and testing regarding core framework builds, system integration and general UI/system requirements, as required by the business. You will be based in Whippany New Jersey and will be working closely with various stakeholders within IT, Control functions and the business to define the requirements for the core platform book of work. In your role, you will be Monitoring solution quality and advise project manager and team leads on areas for process improvement.

What will you be doing?

•    Participating in requirements gathering & definition, analysis, and design phases
•    Acting as liaison and coordinator between stakeholders and technology team, communicating effectively with each group using their preferred vocabularies
•    Assisting with testing cycles, utilising off-shore testing team and coordinating business involvement
•    Answering queries in the support queue and maintain the issues/features tracking
•    Monitoring solution quality and advise project manager and team leads on areas for process improvement
•    Assisting the team in evaluating trade-offs between quality, features and delivery
•    Evaluating current business processes to identify potential areas of improvement

What we’re looking for:

•    Five years’ experience in an investment banking environment, with understanding in business processes, supporting data structures 
•    Over two years’ experience working as part of an agile collaborative development team
•    Knowledge of SQL, software development and SDLC/agile 
•    Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent field

Skills that will help you in the role:

•    Master’s degree in a technical field
•    Investment Banking Client Relationship Management Systems experience
•    Good analytical skills and ability to use them in multiple user and IT environments globally
•    Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce is nice to have
