Responsibilities: About the Role: • Admin Support for all departments • Manage Business Licenses • Collect, organize & distribute appropriate contract items to internal PCC staff • Implement contract mail out & return tracking system • Handle COI Requests & Management • Controlled Insurance Programs (CIP): • Oversee Controlled Insurance Programs (CIP) and Enrollments • Track Monthly Submittals and Subcontractor CIP participation • Assist in project Close Out procedures • Navigate Compliance/Credentialing Softwares (Vendormate, Compliance Depot, RMIS) • Download contracts and assemble in packages for key team members • Facilitate setup & maintenance of document organization company-wide • Manage filing for Apprentices (DAS 140 / DAS 142) and Preliminary Requests • Handle filing for Job Folders / Electronic Vendors • Assist with Insurance Audit Assistance & Renewals (Annual) • Coordinate Job Set Up and Close Out using Monday.com • Maintain files of working documents, including resolution paperwork • Operate Multi-line Phone System and manage incoming calls • Take messages & transfer to team members • Obtain Notary Certification • Provide Precon Client Concierge services: • Assist with Business Lic. and PCC Contact Info forms • Initial Safety Packages • Prior CRM experience preferred Join us in a role where your talents will flourish, supported by a vibrant team and a culture of continuous improvement.
