Opportunity
Reporting to the Global Director - Asset Reliability and Maintenance, the Global Reliability Program Manager will lead the global reliability and maintenance program across all Maersk FbM facilities to achieve world class operational readiness. The successful candidate will be responsible to lead the way to operation excellence through a Reliability Centered Maintenance approach.
To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience in reliability and maintenance strategies development and implementation, as well as strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
You should also have a deep understanding of the principles of reliability engineering, predictive maintenance techniques, failure analysis, and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities
Develop the global reliability program to improve the resiliency and availability of all our FbM assets across the globe.
Develop centered maintenance strategies and approaches to maximize equipment reliability and increase maintenance efficiency.
Identify opportunities for improving the asset management practice, ensuring consistency in processes and practices, and alignment with the team strategies and priorities.
Drive the development and implementation of maintenance and reliability policies, plans, and strategies. Lead and direct staff and consulting resources in the development and application of new methods and processes to achieve higher efficiency, quality, and innovation.
Develop and maintain the CMMS system and establish a strong training program to upskill existing users and quickly onboard new hires.
Develop, implement, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for maintenance activities. Investigate and report on the CMMS performance measured against industry benchmarks and agreed upon performance indicators.
Lead initiatives across multiple functions leading to organizational improvement, cultural change, and overall process improvements related to asset management and systems reliability.
Interface with relevant stakeholders to anticipate future needs of the reliability program and support our growth.
Act as the subject matter expert in predictive technologies and reliability data analysis to assist in root cause analysis, change management review, and corrective action plan development and execution.
What are we looking for
An ideal candidate should have the below qualifications:
Several years of experience with maintenance and reliability
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or an equivalent level of knowledge and understanding of equipment reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, root cause analysis, and equipment data analysis.
Program/Project management experience with a reliability and/or maintenance focus
Knowledgeable in TPM/LEAN and strong continuous improvement and project/program management skills
Knowledgeable in a CMMS system
Please note: Travel is expected in this role.
