Envision Physician Services is searching for Emergency Medicine Physicians to become apart of our prestigious practice at HCA Florida Blake Hospital in Bradenton, Florida. Quality candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine.

• 45,000 Annual Visits
• Level II Trauma Center
• 18-Bed ED
• 36 hours Physician Coverage
• 32 hours APP coverage
• Meditech P-doc EMR & M-Modal Dictation
• Independent Contractor Status + Malpractice Insurance
• Additional ER Campuses coming Summer 2024
  • 12-bed ED at HCA Florida South Bradenton Emergency - FSED
  • 12-bed ED at HCA Florida Palmetto Emergency - FSED
