Job Description:
As an Event Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our events, working closely with our coordinator to deliver unparalleled experiences for our clients. From welcoming guests with warmth and grace to assisting with the installation of décor units, your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to the success of each event. Responsibilities:

Stay abreast of the latest event trends and technologies.
Provide timely responses to booking requests, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with multiple event vendors and independent contractors.
Collaborate with the Events Director to assemble internal teams and secure external vendor support for special events.
Assist in the creation of budget worksheets and facilitate project meetings as required.
Demonstrate flexibility by working variable hours, including weekends, as needed.

Previous experience with South Asian weddings is advantageous.
Compensation and Perks:

Hourly rate up to $15.00, with an average of 20-25 hours per week.
Weekly direct deposit upon completion of work.
Invitations to exclusive industry events.
Approximately 80% remote work with 20% designated for on-site visits and wedding execution.
