Position: Junior Program Control

Location: Huntsville, AL

Status: Full Time Exempt

Position Description:

The Program Control Analyst works as a member of the corporate back office team focusing on program and project control and reporting. The ideal candidate will work to ensure project compliance, management, and analysis.

• Support contract and contract modification setup and maintenance
• Track actual expenditures, commitments and funds remaining
• Provide estimates of future funding requirements and pricing proposals
• Prepare and submit financial deliverables and cost reports per contract requirements
• Process and provide work authorization documents
• Support labor category qualification mapping
• Provide backup support to purchasing of materials and subcontract services

Qualifications:

• Education: BS degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3+ years-experience in Federal DoD contracting

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment frequently requiring a quick turn timeline on requested items
• Familiarity with Unanet or similar accounting/project management software
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite products
• Current DOD security clearance
