Job Title: Heavy Civil Superintendent (Multiple Roles)
Location: Greater Detroit
Salary: $100k-$140k
Requirements: Civil Construction Experience

What You Will Be Doing

- Supervise specific construction efforts to ensure project is in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
- Plan, coordinate and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control, and may provide day-to-day direction of onsite administrative staff in accounting, purchasing, etc.).
- Supervise craft employees and/or other contractors as required by the contract.
- Assist Project Superintendents in developing and implementing project procedures, working documents, standards, etc.

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ years of experience in Heavy civil construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and other relevant technology.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- A proven track record of successfully completed projects.
