What You Will Be Doing

REQUIREMENTS:
- EITHER a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or Engineering OR equivalent combined experience + technical training
- MUST HAVE a minimum of 5+ years of Commercial Construction, acting as a Superintendent
- STRONG knowledge/ understanding of scheduling, cost control, and supervision of large groups
- Diverse work experience
- MUST be able to Travel

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with large construction projects or government construction

DAY TO DAY:
- Supervise all phases of the project(s) to ensure we reach our strategic growth initiatives
- Scheduling, coordinating, and supervising on-site employee activities throughout all phases of the project(s)
- Adhere to project schedule
- Monitor and enforce safety program requirements and implement corrective measurements as necessary
- Effectively communicate with the PM, engineer, architect, and other project team members to ensure work complies with specifications, drawings, and schedule
- Attend and/ or conduct project status and other related meetings as required and/or requested by PM
- Assist in estimating, review subcontractor & material proposals, and development of the master schedule
- Assist in the review of shop drawings for key materials and finalization of as-builts, turnover, and walk-throughs for equipment and material
- Maintain positive client relationships
