Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of Mail Services staff across multiple locations.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for Mail Services operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Oversee the sorting, distribution, and routing of mail to the appropriate recipients.
• Monitor and maintain Mail Services equipment, including postage meters, sorting machines, and mail scales.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to coordinate Mail Services and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard sensitive and confidential mail.
• Train and mentor Mail Services staff on proper procedures, safety guidelines, and customer service standards.
• Monitor and analyze Mail Services performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Mail Services technology and processes.
• Design and document workflows and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness.
• Ensures contracts are managed according to company standards, client specifications, & customer requirements, by effectively supervising assigned personnel and validating service quality.
• Assists TMG Site Leadership in developing tactical and strategic products, services, and/or programs to support the TMG's goals (financial, quality, production, customer service, operational efficiency, etc.).
• Maintains efficient operation by holding direct reports accountable for quality & efficiency of work.
• Analyzes the business unit's activities and trends and compares analyses against service standards and best practices. Presents findings and works with the Site Leadership and other personnel to identify and implement strategies that will address tactical and strategic goals.
• Meets training objectives and follows up on employee training progress and performance.
• Clearly communicates job expectations/consequences of employees by training, cross-training, coaching, counseling, directing, evaluating the work of subordinates to increase their performance and work quality.
• Takes ownership of employee performance by ensuring regularly scheduled coaching time for Site Managers and Site Contacts to work with marginal performers.
• Maintains adequate and quality personnel by interviewing, hiring, and by doing performance reviews; ensuring internal job openings are posted.
• Maintains positive internal working relationships with all department employees by communicating in a professional manner and by providing constructive feedback.
• Promotes an environment of integrity and responsibility in the workplace by creating a work environment where they "lead by example."
• Completes required reports and other paperwork.
• Manage and lead the Customer Experience
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• 4-year college degree is preferred; or equivalent experience in related field.
• Proficiency in creating and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR's) for senior business stake holders.
• Requires experience in setting goals by defining and prioritizing specific, realistic objectives.
• Requires proven track record of leadership and integrity by possessing 5-7 years of related experience in Production, Office services; extensive management experience.
• Requires experience in training by informal training sessions.
• Possesses experience in a team environment by maintaining positive, productive relationships with co-workers, peers, management, sales, and production departments.
• Leadership: ability to lead people and get results.
• Planning: ability to forecast necessary changes in the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to Company values.
• Willingness to travel to other locations as necessary.
