Description of Work:
Directly responsible for recruiting accountability metrics, day to day recruiting process, official visit calendar, unofficial visit calendar, official/unofficial visit operations, prospect management, and department performance. The selected candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Bachelor's Degree plus one (1) year experience in college or professional football program. Must have knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Computer knowledge essential. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting or player personnel at the FBS level preferred.
Technical experience with one or more of the following are highly desirable: ACS , ARMS , XOs, XOs Thunder Scout, Hudl, Teamworks, Microsoft Office, Visio, and Jump Forward, Pro Football Focus,
Tableau Reader, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Photoshop.
Posted Salary: $55,000/yr. minimum
