Regional Marketing Specialist Location Hybrid remote in Des Moines, IA : Who We Are: Fredrikson is the premier Midwest-based law firm working collaboratively to help businesses achieve their goals regionally, nationally, and globally. Overview: We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing & Business Development Department. Working closely with the firm's Director of PR and Marketing and the regional office heads, the Regional Marketing Specialist provides support on a variety of projects to execute marketing and brand building strategies in Fredrikson's regional offices in Iowa, North Dakota, Wisconsin, and Mankato, Minnesota, and further operational excellence and client service. Key Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate office-specific marketing and brand building efforts in our regional offices.
• In collaboration with the MBD Team and regional office heads, coordinate activities, memberships and sponsorships with local legal industry and business associations and organizations that will benefit the firm, our clients, and the business goals of the office.
• Work with the events and sponsorships team to support client events, seminars/webinars, other visibility/awareness-building events, and sponsorships¸ as needed.
• Coordinate and place local advertising and marketing campaigns, in collaboration with the firmwide marketing and CDS team.
• Meet with Regional Office Heads and the Director of PR and Marketing on a regular basis to collaborate on the marketing needs of our regional offices and track/report progress. Attend regional attorney meetings as appropriate depending on the agenda.
• Work with the Regional Office Heads and Director of PR and Marketing to draft annual regional office marketing budgets. Process and approve regional marketing expenses; maintain and track office marketing and business development budgets and expense reporting. Work closely with the Director of PR and Marketing on any unbudgeted expenses to obtain prior approval.
• Coordinate administrative tasks including processing of marketing invoices and maintaining vendor contracts and relationships.
• Provide graphic design back up services to update routine advertisements and other collateral.
• Maintain on-site inventory of firm brochures and regional collateral in the regional offices; works with firmwide MBD team to periodically update local materials and fulfills requests from attorneys.
