Content Suite/xECM (Contract)
A leading Software and Services company in the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) market space is currently seeking established OpenText Content Suite (Livelink)/xECM Consultants who are US Citizens or Green Card holders to help expand our current consulting practice. We are looking for a well-seasoned OpenText ECM Consultant who can work independently and has a firm understanding of the Content Suite (Livelink)/xECM software platform and its products.
We are seeking OpenText Content Suite Consultants with 5 - 7+ years of experience in the OpenText Content Suite (Livelink)/xECM Platform. We are looking for Consultants with experience designing, configuring, implementing, deploying, and integrating the OpenText ECM solutions. Candidates should have a proven record of successfully delivering complex software and service solutions to enterprise-level customers.
Job Duties Include:
- Planning, assisting with the development, and implementing custom OpenText solutions.
- Content Suite platform planning, design, and implementation.
- Producing system design and system administration documentation.
- Documenting and automating business workspace processes and workflows. End-user documentation and training.
- Performing application administration functions for OpenText Content Suite (Livelink)/XECM and related infrastructure.
Required Skills Set and Experience:
- Technical lead with 5 to 7+ years of work
- Background with a good understanding of ECM concepts
- Experience in ECM product-related upgrades
- Oracle Database knowledge from OTCS perspective
- Extensive hands-on experience in OpenText Content Suite (Livelink), xECM, Web Reports, Live Reports, Active Views, Workflows, O-Script
- Strong knowledge of Installation, Configuration, Administration, and troubleshooting for OpenText Content Suite applications
- Strong knowledge of system maintenance patching/hotfixes/upgrades/updates and provisioning of servers, additional storage, and scaling the systems as required
- Strong knowledge of installing, Configuring, Upgrading, and downgrading OpenText Modules as required.
- Good Exposure to provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Good Exposure to requirement gathering, business-oriented discussions, planning, and estimating project efforts
- Should have Created various Technical (SDLC) documentations (Regulated/Non-Regulated landscapes)
- Should have proven capabilities to handle Change Management Processes
- Requires 5 or more years in progressively responsible positions in IT consulting projects.
- Previous experience with the OpenText Content Suite (Livelink)/xEMC product stack is required.
- Strong client relationship skills.
- Must be able to interface internally and externally with the client project team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed, along with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
