We are looking for an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team for the long run.

Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of both residential and commercial architecture, and is able to take on complex projects with enthusiasm.

The successful candidate must also be comfortable with client management, staff management, office management, and project planning.

-1099 Pay. $41.40-$44.00 hour and + DOE.
-Minimum 40 hours per week.

What You Will Be Doing

As an Architectural Project Manager, you will be responsible for up to 7 architectural projects, manage the architectural production staff assigned to these projects. Communicate with Clients and coordinate production with the outside engineering/consultants.

You'll be managing the design process from start to finish, including creating construction drawings, overseeing project planning, and administering construction. You will also be responsible for client contact, ensuring compliance with both the NCARB and Florida Building Code, and managing staff onsite.

What You Need for this Position

-We are looking for an experienced Architectural Project Manager with 5++ years of experience in residential and commercial projects.

-The successful candidate must have a valid NCARB registration and a good understanding of the Florida Building Code.

The skills required for this role include:
8++ years registered Architect (FL) experienced within a professional architectural office.
-AutoCAD, CADD
-Project Management
-Client Management
-Staff Management, Office Management, and Project Planning.
-Experience preparing written correspondence and project annotations.
-Excellent communication skills and customer service.
-Experience leading an office team.
-Basic knowledge of EXCEL, SketchUp, good organizational skills&..marketing and business development.
