NEMM employs highly skilled, enthusiastic staff and empowers them with expert training and technologies, including artificial intelligence tools. NEMM provides At-Sea Monitoring (ASM), Protected Species Observing, and Electronic Monitoring (EM) services to US fisheries. NEMM is seeking candidates looking to begin a high growth career.
NEMM is currently hiring At Sea Monitors. Deployments range from 1 day to 12 days. Employment begins with fully compensated three week training to achieve certification. Joining NEMM as an At Sea Monitor quickly provides growth opportunities for land-based work within our electronic monitoring and seafood traceability programs. Applying for a position with NEMM will enable you to gain invaluable on the water experience and utilize that knowledge base working with state of art marine electronic systems and artificial intelligence software. NEMM is an investor backed fisheries technology start-up with an exciting growth trajectory looking for long term talent. For highly motivated candidates, paths towards management positions are available.
