Job description
Trisian-Global Consulting is recruiting a Payroll/HRIS Supervisor to oversee technological improvements related to HRIS/Payroll System and supervise the multi-site processing of exempt employee payroll.
Full-Time Permanent - Onsite in Memphis.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement HRIS (Human Resources Information System) solutions to support the organization's HR processes and initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and define system specifications.
- Manage the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the HRIS platform.
- Manage the multi-site processing of exempt employee payroll.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular audits and resolving any discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS users.
- Serve as point of contact regarding Payroll / Kronos.
- Process Payroll backup to Payroll Specialist.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR technology.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Information Technology.
- 5-7 years of experience in a lead HRIS or Payroll Supervisor position.
- Proven experience as an HRIS Supervisor or similar role.
- Experience with multi-site payroll
- Strong knowledge of HRIS architecture, system design, and implementation methodologies.
- Experience with Kronos / UKG or other HRIS systems.
- Familiarity with information security principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
