Job Title: CDP Solution Architect

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Data Platform (CDP) Solution Architect with a deep understanding of data architecture to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for our client s CDP platform to enhance customer experience, drive personalized marketing efforts, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Architect and lead the development of a custom CDP, ensuring seamless integration with existing digital ecosystems.
Experience with data architecture, data integration, data quality tools, and identity resolution technologies.
Conduct an in-depth evaluation of database technologies (Graph vs Relational), articulating the pros and cons to determine the most suitable architecture for the CDP, focusing on scalability, performance, and real-time data processing.
Familiarity with marketing technology stacks, including CRM, DMP, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to capture business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, document, and oversee the implementation of the CDP architecture, emphasizing data efficiency, security, and regulatory compliance.
Spearhead data governance and compliance strategies, ensuring adherence to GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data protection regulations.
Facilitate advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities by ensuring optimal data architecture within the CDP.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CDP trends, advocating for innovative solutions that drive business value.
Provide leadership and expertise in the selection and deployment of database technologies, balancing technical capabilities with strategic business goals.
Educate and mentor team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
