The Department of Revenue is recruiting for an Operations Administration Specialist - Administrative Specialist 1 position. We are looking for talented, detail-oriented individuals to join our Information Technology Services Division in the Processing Center Operations Unit. This position is headquartered in our Salem office; however, the successful candidate may be eligible for in state hybrid work. Hybrid work consists of performing duties onsite in a standard office environment and working remotely.

In order to be considered for Department of Revenue recruitments, you must reside within (or be willing to relocate to) the state of Oregon.

This is What You Need to Qualify


Two years of secretarial or basic administrative support experience that includes records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data; OR

An associate degree in general office occupations and one year of experience with records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data; OR

An equivalent combination of education and experience.
