We are looking for talented, detail-oriented individuals to join our Information Technology Services Division in the Processing Center Operations Unit. This position is headquartered in our Salem office; however, the successful candidate may be eligible for in state hybrid work. Hybrid work consists of performing duties onsite in a standard office environment and working remotely.
In order to be considered for Department of Revenue recruitments, you must reside within (or be willing to relocate to) the state of Oregon.
What You Will Be Doing
Below is a sampling of job duties. It is not meant to encompass all duties.
Work in our reconciliation software to research, reconcile, correct, adjust records, and facilitate resolution of any processing errors.
Work bank corrections, conduct payment record research, and adjust payments in our systems.
Assist the OPA team in testing the season up configurations each year to ensure outputs conform with system requirements.
Develop system user manuals or procedures.
Coordinate communication both in and out of the section regarding system procedures and workflows related to the processing center systems.

.This is What You Need to Qualify
Two years of secretarial or basic administrative support experience that includes records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data; OR
An associate degree in general office occupations and one year of experience with records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data; OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
The ideal candidate will possess the following desired skills and attributes:

Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
Adaptability
Ability to handle multiple tasks/assignments/duties

This is an SEIU-represented position. This recruitment may be used to fill additional vacancies as they occur.
The salary listed is the non-PERS qualifying salary range. If the successful candidate is PERS qualifying, the salary range will reflect the additional 6.95%.
