Job description
Our client is searching for an Executive Personal Assistant to support a busy professional with business and personal day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible, trustworthy, punctual, and possess integrity. The successful candidate will be a self-starter and team player.
Sample of Responsibilities:
Act as gatekeeper
Oversee all correspondence
Project manager (various projects)
Sourcing products and vendors (inventory, parts, etc.)
Assist with accounting function and organization (accounts payable, receivable, expense reporting, etc.)
Filing and digital organizing
Calendar management
Personal errands
Requirements
Tech Savvy
Proficient with Microsoft Suite, One Drive, Gmail, QuickBooks
Excellent, verifiable references
5+ years of similar experience supporting one executive
Salary: $35 - $50 an hour
General Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
