Assistant Project Manager

Job description
The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and other related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to the Project Manager in the development, implementation, and monitoring of project schedules
- Work with the Project Manager to ensure that all aspects of the project align with the budget
- Manage subcontractor communications and ensure they are meeting their contractual requirements
- Ensure that project milestones are met and are in accordance with the project scope and timeline
- Monitor project progress and identify areas of risk
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and other related documents
