JOB SUMMARY
The GVP, Enterprise Marketing is a key member of the Spectrum Enterprise executive team who will contribute to the continued growth and expansion of the business by leading a cross-functional, programmatic Marketing effort. In this comprehensive role, through integrated internal and external-facing endeavors, this position will ensure the Spectrum Enterprise brand is extraordinary and that Spectrum clients are provided with superior solutions. This operational-oriented executive leader will formulate strategy, develop and activate programs to generate demand and capitalize on market entry. This position will ensure client network modernization and seller effectiveness are aggressively supported while building a team culture that fuels programmatic execution, data driven results, and insists upon a client-first, sales-first mindset.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Drives identification and demand of prospective clients, owning marketing and success strategies including community advocacy and loyalty programs plus client insights, lifecycle and retention.
- Cultivates current client demand generation in partnership with Sales, customizing plans for accounts through design and orchestration of multi-touch demand creation programs.
- Owns segment marketing as defined by client and sales strategy and developed with cross functional partners, generating offers and programs that allows Spectrum Enterprise to deliver the right products and solutions to our clients.
- Informs product development, ensuring packages fit client needs by working closely with the Product Marketing team to translate our product messaging and value propositions into relevant vertical messaging and positioning.
- Manages the operational design, implementation process and optimization of programs and campaigns for each segment to meet revenue goals.
- Cultivates external “household name” status ensuring understanding of who we are and how we present ourselves at macro and micro levels, leveraging advertising, brand, creative, and social media.
- Nurtures internal embrace of Brand, driving cultural awareness and adoption throughout the organization.
- Responsible for process building and refinement, tools, measurements of success, and program reporting.
- Owns integration of data assets and Marketing data management.
- Generates and deploys plans that generate marketplace conversation about Spectrum Enterprise, including use of client testimonials, white papers, and website contribution.
- Drives optimization of external agency partnerships, ad tools and integration of related platforms.
- Creates content for collateral, sales tools, sales training and other outbound deliverables that educate internal and external communities.

- Strong judgment, professional demeanor and business acumen
- Experience partnering with internal and external constituencies critical to the marketing process (agencies, vendors, internal department heads, etc.)
Required Education
Bachelor´s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Leadership experience – 10+
Marketing experience – 10+
Product marketing experience – 7+
