Technical Project Coordinator I

Primary Location: Naperville, Illinois



V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Technical Project Coordinator I for our premier client in Naperville, Illinois .



Education and Experience

• Anyone who has experience with Firewalls, Networking is Big Plus.
• Preferably looking for Project Coordinator who has some Networking Background.
• Project Coordinator will be managing multiple sites from 6-10
• Smartsheet's experience is preferred.
• This is an Entry level Job.

WHAT YOULL DO:

Job Responsibilities:

• Team includes 50+ Employees which includes Project Coordinators, Field Technicians, client managed equipment which include Routers, Firewalls, API's, Access Points, etc.
• This Project Coordinator will work with assigned technicians on daily basis and make sure the steps are followed.
• Install guy worked with Field Technician that Equipment is installed.
• Confirm Technician is arrived at Site.
• Equipment is arrived.
• Once equipment is installed, it is hand over to PC technician.
• The Engineering team is responsible for doing test.
• The PC Technician will create a Ticket with DOC Engineering team.
• Once installation is completed, the technician back the Project Coordinators with validation checkups and make sure everything is good and close the ticket.
• Project Coordinator utilize chat tool called Nuance Chat which allows the technician to Communicate with Project Co-coordinators directly.
• They will train on this tool.
