Salary Range: $70-$75k (based on experience) + UNCAPPED commission, OTE $120k++

Job Description:
Perform all aspects of sales, operations, and general management of the Branch.
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Conducts sales activities for local territory and national accounts. (60-70%)
- Visits/phones existing or prospective accounts with and without an appointment.
- Drives and surveys sales territory to prospect for new customers and to develop intelligence on existing customer needs.
- Researches prospective accounts and/or existing customers to understand their transportation/business needs via Internet, industry materials, and/or networking.
- Interviews customers to determine transportation/business needs using a systematic approach to selling.
- Builds relationships with customers, including approved entertainment activities outside business hours.
- Tenacity/Persistence: Ability to stay with a position or plan of action until the desired objective is achieved or is no longer reasonably attainable.
- Time Management Skills: Ability to organize and/or schedule people or tasks and develop realistic action plans while being sensitive to time constraints.
- Verbal Communication Skills: Ability to express/present ideas or information (via the telephone or face-to-face) through the use of the spoken word, including using proper rules of grammar and vocabulary.
- Written Communication Skills: Ability to express ideas clearly in documents that have organization, structure, grammar, language and terminology adjusted according to the audience.
