Salary: Up to $160K, based on education and experience

Security Requirements: Active TS/SCI clearance w/FS Poly.

Location: Laurel, MD.

Certifications: DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level I or higher.

Job Description:

• Provide system administration solutions to meet required capabilities and you will create bills of materials, network designs and diagrams, and other documentation for new and updated installations.
  
• Work with network, storage, and server personnel to define new or modified solutions to complex problems; respond to requests for new systems to meet capacity and user requirements; and determine required power, space, cooling, and funding to meet these goals.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

• Ability to break down complex problem space, formulate technical strategies, build action plans, and track progress against established baselines to resolve technical challenges and meet customer expectations.
• Experience with Splunk.
• Experience with Linux.
• Have strong writing and communication skills.
• Have the ability to work independently and in groups to complete tasks bounded by constraints.

Qualifications:

• Minimum ten years of experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar cope, type and complexity is required.
• Minimum of bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum five years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• Computer Network Operations - Must have at least two years of demonstrated experience in Modern operating systems and network architectures.
• Information Assurance - Must have at least two years of demonstrated experience in certification and accreditation. Architecture development and design. Risk Assessments. IA
