Job description
IT Technician: This position will provide support to end users regarding hardware, software, and network issues. The Technician will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service and system uptime. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and support for computers, mobile devices, printers, and other related peripherals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Cable installation for computers, printers, and other related peripherals.
- Provide remote support to end users via VNC, TeamViewer, AnyDesk, and other similar tools.
- Setup and configure Windows 7/10/11 and Linux OS systems.
- Provide technical assistance and support for mobile devices (iPhone/Android).
- Provide support for printer related issues.
- Setup and configure VPN connections.
- Support Spanish speaking users.
- Must comfortable in Office / warehouse environments.
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of experience in computer hardware, software, and network support.
- Expertise in troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Proficient in Windows 7/10/11 and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with remote support tools such as VNC, TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.
- Ability to provide support for mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
- Familiarity with VPN connections and configuration.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
