Job description
-Analyze and evaluate business processes, systems, and operations to identify areas for improvement
-Develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
-Collect and analyze data to make strategic recommendations for business growth and development
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve business issues
-Create and maintain documentation, including process maps, requirements, and user guides
-Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business processes
-Provide training and support to employees on new processes and systems
-Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
