Job description

We are seeking a vibrant, creative, and energetic individual to join our team as HR Administrative Assistant! In this role, you'll be the backbone of our Human Resources department, providing essential administrative support. As an entry-level position, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our HR processes run seamlessly. Responsibilities: • Maintain and update employee records: Manage employee files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date. This includes personnel files, benefits enrolment forms, performance evaluations, and other relevant HR documentation.  • Recruitment coordination: Assist with the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.  • Onboarding and offboarding support: Assist with new employee onboarding, including preparing welcome packages, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires have the necessary paperwork and access to systems. Support off-boarding processes by collecting equipment, updating records, and conducting exit interviews.  • HR system maintenance: Enter and maintain employee data in HR information systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.  • Compliance support: Assist with maintaining compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Help distribute and collect forms related to compliance training, policies, and acknowledgments.  Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field. • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role.  • Familiarity with HR processes (basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus).  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.  • Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.  • Must send resume in English About Company: We pride ourselves on our reputation for being dependable and trustworthy for both our clients and our employees.
